How do you create an account?
Step 1: Go to https://eu.atomy.com/join/memberGate
Step 2: Select the “Consumer” option and follow the 5 steps
Step 3: At Sponsor ID, (we will provide you with an ID as soon as possible)
Step 4: Choose your products and complete the payment.
Step 5: Your order will be delivered by DHL courier in about one week.

3. What is the shipping cost?
It’s free for orders over 150 EUR (750 RON), or 12 EUR (60 RON) for smaller orders.
4. How long does delivery take?
Products are shipped from the warehouse in the Netherlands and arrive within 5–7 business days.
5. Which courier delivers the products?
DHL. You can choose home delivery or pick-up from an easybox (if available in your area).
6. Can I pay cash on delivery?
No. Payment is only available by card at the time of placing the order.
A few days after placing your order, DHL will send you a message with the estimated delivery date.
7. Is there a difference between a consumer and a distributor?
No. Prices for consumers and distributors are the same.
8. If I signed up as a consumer, can I switch to distributor?
Yes, you can switch anytime you want. It’s recommended to try the products first, and once you have interested people, you can register them in the system.
9. Am I required to order every month?
No. You can order whatever you want, whenever you want. To remain active in the system, you only need one order per year of any amount.
